Book Mortimer J. Wolf Now!  Mortimer J. Wolf is a very down-to-earth timber wolf who is perfectly content to enjoy the simple pleasures in life. His one unusual trait is that he's a strict vegetarian, enjoying a diet of nuts and berries. While most of the other forest creatures may not trust him to stay away from meat, he managed to become good friends with one Gray Rabbit and one Hobbes Squirrel.
