Technical Details for Costume Character Meet-and-Greet

Requirements:	A designated changing/break area is requested for all costume character appearances. This area should not be visible to event guests, should provide as much privacy for the performer as possible, and should be accessible to the performer throughout the event. A table and a chair in the changing/break area would be greatly appreciated
Timing and Breaks:	Costume characters are available in increments of fifteen minutes, with a thirty-minute minimum. For every twenty minutes of meet-and-greet, there will be a minimum five-minute break, although when performing outdoors in very warm temperatures (above 80°F) breaks will be taken more frequently
Weather Considerations:	Costume characters can do indoor or outdoor appearances, but outdoor appearances will be suspended in the event of inclemate weather, with the exception that Splash the Penguin can perform in rain so long as there is no lightning in the area. All outdoor costume character appearances will be suspended if the temperature rises above 94°F
